Pole Dancer Reminds Reader of Character from TRICKS

A reader recently sent me the link to the video below and said it reminded her of Arliss, my main character in TRICKS. Arliss is an exotic dancer in a gay bar in Chicago and there are some similarities. I only regret I didn't have this video around for inspiration when I was writing the book.

    Holy Poleman! Pole dancing should SO be added as a sport at the Olympics. And I;m serious! Ouch...that was beautiful.
    May a little too early in the morning, because now I'm stuck here at the office for a whole day---after seeing THAT---with nothing to look at but office guys. Sigh...

    Well, now I've GOT to read Tricks. Ay-ay-ay.

    Well, Rick, while I can always count upon neat things appearing on your blog site, even I have to admit to so thoroughly enjoying the your "pole dance" routine that I had to watch it again. Aesthetically pleasing as much as it is sexy!

    That was incredible and he's talented beyond belief. Anyone who looks down at pole dancers should be smacked. This man is talented, sensual, sexy, and...oh, hell hotter than the seventh level of Hell.
